Pacific Concepts is a multi-faceted real estate development, commercial real estate brokerage, civil engineering and property management company specializing in real estate development in the private sector of the Nevada market.
President and 100% shareholder of Pacific Concepts, Jaimee Yoshizawa, received her bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii in 1993. Ms. Yoshizawa founded Pacific Concepts after gaining valuable development experience through civil engineering in the public and private sectors of Hawaii and Nevada and commercial real estate brokerage in Nevada. She registered as a professional civil engineer in 1997 in Nevada. Two years later, Ms. Yoshizawa also registered as a real estate broker, and a year later, a property manager. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), making her a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. |

| Ms. Yoshizawa’s impressive background showcases extensive knowledge in both the public and private sector. A few organizations she has worked with throughout her career as a civil engineer in Hawaii and Nevada include the Southern Nevada Water Authority, the Las Vegas Valley Water Reclamation District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Pacific Division), Pacific Naval Facilities Command (Hawaii, Guam & Diego Garcia), City and County of Honolulu, Board of Water Supply and City and County of Honolulu, Department of Wastewater Management. Since moving to Las Vegas and forming Pacific Concepts, Ms. Yoshizawa has completed and is currently working on both commercial and residential development projects. They include Terrazza D’Alessio, a 23,000-square-foot neighborhood commercial center in Henderson valued at $7.5 million, Mountain Dream Center, a 41,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial center also in Henderson valued at $12 million; The Cauldron Tavern, 6,823 sf tavern at Russell & I215 valued at $4.5 million; and The Gables, a 4-acre 16-lot residential subdivision at Pecos and McLeod valued at $8.2 million. |

Since founding Pacific Concepts in 1997, Jaimee Yoshizawa has established herself as a leading female developer in Las Vegas. With experience and a focus in the commercial sectors, Ms. Yoshizawa has proven herself to be a forceful competitor in an industry dominated by men. As principal, she oversees land acquisition, development and construction management of the company’s projects.
In addition, Ms. Yoshizawa raises capital for projects and handles the leasing, property management and sales of properties. The company’s latest development is located in southwest Las Vegas, off of Interstate 215 and Russell Road. The first phase of the project is a 68,000-square-foot mixed-use development, valued at $20.6 million, The Village at The Cauldron features both retail and office lofts and spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and the Red Rock mountains. |

| Erina Mizuno, P.E., Project Manager
Erina graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and obtained her P.E. in California. Her extensive knowledge and emphasis on water resources is a distinct benefit to Pacific Concepts’ engineering division. With her considerable experience in project management and civil engineering, Erina has supervised all phases of development for commercial, land and residential projects. |

Shannon ’s encompassing expertise in Construction Management and Civil Engineering plays a vital role to the development division. His diverse knowledge of the multi-faceted industry provides Pacific Concepts with a competitive and intelligible edge. Shannon graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and obtained his P.E. in California. He is currently in the process of obtaining his P.E. in Nevada. |

Angela brings over 10 years experience in the marketing field with an expertise in graphic and web design. Her tenure with Las Vegas and Los Angeles based consulting firms has included project management and coordination for a variety of industries including government and utility agencies. Angela’s range of skills is not limited to the visual and encompasses conceptualization, branding and public relations, making her diverse background an asset to the Pacific Concepts’ team. |

| DeLores brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Pacific Concepts. Her comphrensive and knowledge expands across various trades including property management, construction, food and beverage. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a CPA and a residential real estate license in New Mexico. |

Johanna’s experience in the hospitality industry makes her a perfect fit in her role as Administrative Assistant. Her upbeat personality and attention to detail is the foundation of Pacific Concepts’ office administration. Johanna plans to further her education by attending college in the spring. |
